He has also contributed significantly as Vice Principal of Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Govt. Institute of Medical Science & Research, Srinagar Garhwal, where his leadership and administrative acumen strengthened academic and clinical standards. Beyond institutional roles, he has been actively involved in organizing and leading numerous health camps, reflecting his deep commitment to community service and public health. In 2023, he assumed the role of Principal at Gautam Buddha Chikitsa Mahavidyalaya, further showcasing his capability as an academic leader. His journey of excellence continued as he was appointed Pro Vice Chancellor of the university in 2025.From April 2026, Dr. Deshdeepak has taken on the prestigious position of Vice Chancellor of Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University.
