Mrs. Poonam Kaushik is an experienced professional with over 37 years of work experience in the Education sector including 22 years serving in various Senior Executive roles (as Director & Principal) across prestigious educational institutions. In her tenure, she has worked closely with governing bodies like CBSE, INC (Indian Nursing Council), among others for audit and certification processes. She is a seasoned Executive with vast experience in managing administrative activities, and has strong planning and relationship building skills to enhance the outlook and overall efficiency of the organisation. She also authored a book on Nursing Sociology as per the INC guidelines and its first edition was released in 2012.

Mrs. Kaushik has received her M.A. degree in Sociology from Sahu Jain PG College, Rohilkhand University where she was the Silver Medallist and 2nd topper in the University, a B.Ed. degree from Meerut University where she received full-scholarship to pursue the program and a B.Sc. degree in Biology from MMH PG College, Meerut University.

Mrs. Kaushik has participated in many workshops/conferences including Executive Education Workshop on Enhancing Leadership Capacities & Potential among Professional Women in 2014, held at IIM Ahmedabad. Previously, she has participated in All India Radio Programs like debates, GK quiz, and education related discussions. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and painting.
