• If your course is not listed on the NSP portal, the Principal or Course In-charge must contact the administration via email immediately.
• Contact your Department Principal/Head/Coordinator for scholarship-related inquiries.
• Must be routed through departmental heads only.
  Note: Students will not be assisted directly via phone or in person.
• Document Submission Required
• Each department must submit a soft and hard copy of student details to the Registrar's Office.
• Students must submit two hard copies of:
• All required documents
• The completed scholarship form (signed by both Student and Principal/Head/Coordinator)

Document Copies Distribution:

• 1 Copy: Retained by the Department
• 1 Copy: Forwarded to the Registrar's Office
