In accordance with the UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015, and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the following Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) has been constituted at RBBSU to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students and staff.

Responsibilities of the ICC:

• Prevent, prohibit, and redress any instance of sexual harassment.
• Create awareness about gender sensitivity and workplace ethics.
• Conduct inquiries into complaints in a time-bound and confidential manner.
• Recommend appropriate action based on findings.
